The website (hereinafter the “Site”) is an extranet platform owned and managed by LPG SYSTEMS UK LIMITED, (hereinafter “LPG UK”), company number 13116124, whose registered office is at Wilberforce House, Station Road, London, NW4 4QE.

The www.lpgforyou.co.uk platform is hosted by the site www.siteground.com.

By registering on the Site and using the service offered by LPG SYSTEMS UK LIMITED, the Customer accepts these General Conditions of Use (hereinafter “Conditions”) and undertakes to respect them.

LPG SYSTEMS UK LIMITED invites Customers to periodically consult these General Conditions of Use and the other sections of the Site such as the Information on the processing of personal data (Privacy Policy) and on the use of cookies (Cookie Policy), in order to verify the presence of any updates and / or changes.

1. Use of the Site and its contents

The Site consists of an extranet platform accessible only to customers of LPG UK who have registered following the procedure indicated therein (hereinafter “User”).

This platform aims to provide customers with information relating to LPG® products as well as additional services such as the sharing and downloading of commercial, promotional and / or advertising material (texts, images, graphic presentations and audiovisual files) that may be used by Users for commercial and / or information purposes strictly connected to LPG ® products owned by the Users.

On the first access, the Customer must register indicating name, surname, address, email, model of the equipment owned and serial number and setting a password. Login credentials are strictly personal and confidential.

The User is responsible for all activities that will be carried out through their personal account. In this regard, the User undertakes to take all necessary precautions to ensure that their password remains secure and confidential and undertakes to promptly inform LPG UK in the event that they have reason to believe that a third party is aware of their login credentials.

The User is required to ensure that the personal data provided is correct and complete and to promptly communicate to LPG UK any modification or variation of the information provided. The Users can update their information through the appropriate section of the Site.

To be able to read the downloaded contents, the User must have a compatible computer in terms of power (CPU, memory, etc.) with the volume of data to be processed as well as an up-to-date user license for the software adapted to the format of the downloaded file (in particular ADOBE ACROBAT READER®) regularly acquired from the publisher.

2. Intellectual Property

The title, design, format, content (trademarks, text, colour, layout, illustrations, photographs, and pictures) of the Site, its general architecture, and its layout, including any software, software compilation, source code, and generally any information and/or documents contained in the Site, including any elements created for the Site, are the property of LPG UK / or companies of the LPG group and / or its content providers and are protected by applicable laws on copyright, database law and other intellectual property rights.

The content of the Site, including texts, images, graphic presentations and audiovisual files, are for the exclusive use of the Customers of LPG UK who are regularly registered on the platform and can be downloaded, where specifically indicated, and used for commercial and / or information purposes only and strictly related to the promotion of LPG® devices and skincare.

In any case, the transfer to third parties and / or modification of texts, images, graphic presentations and audiovisual files is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of LPG UK.

Unless otherwise specified, all trademarks, distinctive signs, graphic elements and logos on the Site are the property of the parent company LPG SYSTEMS SAS and / or its service providers and are protected by applicable law. In particular, the distinctive signs listed below are trademarks exploited and/or filed and/or registered in France and/or abroad : LPG SYSTEMS®, LPG®, ENDERMOLOGIE®, ENDERMO®, CELLU M6®, MOBILIFT M6®, HUBER 360®, ERGOLIFT®.

The User may use the trademarks, distinctive signs, graphic elements and logos present on the Site, owned by LPG SYSTEMS SAS, as depicted on the Site, without adding further elements such as, by way of example and not limited to, articles in front to the noun and / or pronouns and, in general, without making any changes. The User also undertakes to use the acronym ® after the trademarks every time he uses them on whatever medium.

The CELLU M6®, MOBILIFT M6®, and HUBER 360® devices are protected by patents and / or and designs.

3. License to use the contents of the Site

Under the conditions described in this article, LPG UK grants Users the non-exclusive right to download, use and reproduce the contents of the Site for purposes of promotion, advertising and communication on LPG® devices, products and / or services.

The contents of the Site, in whole or in part, may be used only in relation to LPG® devices and / or products marketed by LPG UK, any other use being expressly prohibited. Likewise, the contents of the Site may only be used in relation to the specific LPG® device(s) actually owned by the User. Any other use will be considered illegal and could lead to the revocation of the User license without prejudice to the right of LPG UK to act in the competent offices for the protection of its rights and interests and for any compensation for damage related to the aforementioned violations.

In general, the User guarantees that their use of the contents of the Site does not damage the image of LPG UK.

In particular, the User undertakes: (i) not to make any changes or additions to the contents of the Site, with the exception of any technical changes necessary for their use and / or operation; (ii) not to remove and / or obscure, in whole or in part, the numerical marking (IDDN) of the content; (iii) ensure that the end use of the downloaded content is according to the image of LPG UK and does not damage the image of the LPG® brand.

The User is authorized to use the text of advertising and / or promotional documents, maintaining the original meaning and layout. Layout changes justified in particular by linguistic, translation, local regulatory or typographical constraints are permitted.

In any case, the contents of the Site that are used and adapted must always contain the LPG logo in black and white and the URL of the site www.endermologie.com/en.

Any translation of a content of the Site made by the User must remain faithful to the model provided by LPG UK, although it must be adapted, if necessary, to the local regulatory and / or cultural context, which the User will be required to verify, if necessary, by contacting professionals and / or local authorities.

When the content of the Site used consists in a photograph, a drawing, an image or a video, the User must clearly reproduce the logo “LPG® “.

The User undertakes to check on the Site and to comply with any specific conditions of use and / or exploitation of the downloaded content (geographical perimeter, type of reproduction and authorised communication).

The User undertakes to periodically consult the Site to verify that the downloaded content is still available and / or usable. He also undertakes to contact LPG UK as soon as possible in case of doubts about the availability of the contents. In any case, LPG UK will not be held responsible for the fraudulent use of the content by the User.

LPG UK reserves the right, for any reason (for example and not limited to: in the event of the expiry of the rights to the contents and / or in the event of improper use of a content on the Site that could damage the image of the LPG group and / or its products) to communicate to the User at any time that some contents are no longer available and / or usable. Upon receipt of this communication, the User is informed that the license granted for the use and / or exploitation of the contents of the Site is automatically and immediately revoked.

The User therefore undertakes to:

(i) not to use / cease using the content ;

(ii) remove the content from any document (for example: poster, flyer, advertisement, website, etc.)

(iii) immediately inform end customers, if applicable.

This user license is personal. It cannot be transferred or sold by the User, not even in the case of the sale, loan for use, exchange or rental of the LPG® device(s) to third parties, whether free of charge or for a fee.

If the User does not comply with the provisions of this article, LPG UK reserves the right to take any action against the User to assert its rights.

4. Links – Hypertext Links

4.1. No one may create a link to this Site without the express prior written consent of LPG UK. If consent is given, clicking the link should cause a new browser window to open for the User, separate from the original window.

4.2. LPG UK formally disclaims any responsibility for the content of websites to which it provides links, providing access to webpages other than those within its websites. Such links are offered as a service to the website’s users. The decision to activate links belongs exclusively to the site’s users.

Under no condition may LPG UK be held liable for:

Publications and the content of documents appearing on these other websites;
